Primavera is allnex’s year-round sustainability initiative, engaging employees in sustainability and reinforcing our 2030 goals.

Since 2019, we’ve fostered internal sustainability awareness through the Primavera Award, inspiring friendly competition and recognizing achievements in water, waste, and energy management. The initiative also promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being, and Community Engagement, creating a more sustainable and connected workplace.

This year, Primavera highlights waste reduction. Waste reduction isn’t just about managing waste. It’s about rethinking the way we operate—from production processes to day-to-day activities—to minimize our environmental footprint and maximize value creation.
