Rayong, Thailand recieves ISCC PLUS certtification
In October, our Rayong site in Thailand became allnex’s 10th site to achieve ISCC PLUS certification – a fantastic milestone! A huge thank-you to the Thai team for making this achievement possible. With Rayong’s certification, 30% of our manufacturing sites are now certified, and we’re excited to share our 2025 ISCC PLUS roadmap soon.
Additionally, our sites in Romano (Italy), Bien Hoa (Vietnam), Werndorf (Austria), and Bergen op Zoom (The Netherlands), Drogenbos (Belgium) and Schoonaarde (Belgium) successfully passed their ISCC PLUS re-certification audits in the last quarter of this year. The Werndorf and Sustainability teams went a step further by adding a new chemical category – CED products – to the site’s certification. This expansion highlights our ongoing commitment to growing our portfolio of sustainable offerings.
New Heights in ISCC PLUS Bio Mass Balance
By the end of 2024, we are proud to announce we will surpass 200 tons of mass-balance products sold, with more orders already placed for 2025. Key contributors include our Bergen op Zoom, Romano, Schoonaarde, and Drogenbos sites, with standout products like SETAQUA® 8800 from the Netherlands and various monomers and complex acrylates from Belgium and solid polyester resins from Italy.
Mass-balance products are rapidly gaining traction, offering up to a 53% PCF reduction and providing customers with sustainable solutions that require minimal adaptation. Innovations like SETAQUA® 8800, UCECOAT® 7701 BC, and RESYDROL® SF 8002W/50WA BC showcase our drive to lead the industry in sustainable alternatives.
Next year our ISCC PLUS certified Mass Balance offering will continue to grow with the first certified locations in the Americas region!
