Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Annual Report 2025.
The allnex annual ESG report offers a comprehensive look at what we have accomplished, where we have faced challenges, and how we are evolving our efforts around sustainability, social responsibility, and governance. It is a snapshot of our impact and a roadmap for the work ahead.
Key Highlights
Environment
We have made strong strides on climate action—reducing our Scope 1&2 emissions through energy efficiency initiatives and investments in our locations (page 17 onwards). The transition to a more Sustainable product portfolio is clear from the ECOWISE progress (page 20), this supports the decarbonization of the entire value chain and our Scope 3.1 reduction target (page 16).
Innovation
Innovation remains a driving force behind our sustainability goals. We have introduced new initiatives in circular design, developed lower-impact raw materials, and accelerated progress in our sustainable product portfolio (Page 21).
Social responsibility
In line with our social responsibility values, we have implemented a company-wide certified living wage across all direct operations. In addition, we have strengthened our efforts in diversity and inclusion (Page 28), workplace safety (Page 26), and employee development (Page 34) to ensure that our people are supported, respected, and empowered.
